What you'll be doing
- Get paid to work on open-source projects
- Work closely with co-founders to own Instill AI's products, from vision to strategy to roadmap to individual features that move the needle
- Drive both the customer experience, content and tooling around VDP: VDP streamlines the end-to-end unstructured data processing and is built to solve users' pain points, delivering this is essential for successfully driving adoption with new users and helping Instill AI's products stand out among the competition
- Own roadmap and prioritisation, partner with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality products from start to finish
- Share a customer-centric view and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate hypotheses, set milestones, track results, validate and find incremental ways to make progress and learn from experimentation
- Leverage research and feedback to understand user needs and ideate on creative solutions
Things we'd love to see
- Significant experience in Data, AI or SaaS products
- 3+ years of product management experience, managing SaaS products from inception, through launch and iteration
- Excellent document writing and impersonal skills with the ability to communicate the vision and motivate people across functions
- Experience working with marketing teams to announce, release, and support launches from start to finish
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, experience in robust and frequent releases
- Open-source practices/contributions
- Be customer and data obsessed and take ownership of the details
- Proactive, self-learning, and self-aware
- Intellectual curiosity, always asking "how can we improve?"
- A strong desire to build world-class products
